The Summer Program is an intensive 4-weeks experience designed to cultivate essential leadership skills in areas such as technology, management, financial literacy, and professional development. After 3weeks of online training,Participants will have the unique opportunity to travel and engage in a one-week onsite workshop at one of our esteemed partner facilities located in South Africa, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, or Nigeria.

Upon completion of the program, individuals will be well-equipped to apply for competitive job opportunities worldwide. Additionally, they will gain access to paid apprenticeship positions or permanent employment with our global partners. This program empowers entrepreneurs and business owners to thrive, fostering their success in various business sectors around the world.
